Mr. Reilly is currently the President of RBI Solar and RBI Greenhouses. He joined RBI Greenhouses in 1993 which was family-owned and served in a variety of roles including the Head of Manufacturing, Sourcing Manager, and Institutional Divisional Manager. He led the expansion of the company’s manufacturing and sales operations into China, Mexico and Europe. In 1998 he purchased RBI Greenhouses and in 2009 started RBI Solar during the economic downturn. RBI Solar grew from a start-up to over $160 million in sales in four years and expanded into Europe and Japan. Both companies were eventually acquired by Gibraltar Industries (NASDAQ: ROCK) in 2015.
Prior to RBI, Richard worked at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Analyst in the Transportation and Banking Groups, in the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Special Assistant to the Secretary of Commerce, and as a Business Analyst at Philip Morris.
Mr. Reilly received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and Economics from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
